Advisory Committee of the GCTLC

The Advisory Committee for the GCTLC has been a cornerstone for supporting the planning, development and growth of the GCTLC. The committee includes members from various areas in education (postsecondary learning, K-12, industry, and information management) and from diverse backgrounds and geographies (including the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany).

The GCTLC Advisory Committee is tasked with providing guidance and oversight across the GCTLC's three main strategic actions:

  1. Developing, distributing, and sharing accessible, high-quality green chemistry education resources.

  2. Creating opportunities for open collaboration, networking, and mentorship.

  3. Driving awareness and adoption of green chemistry (professional development).

In addition, numerous members of the committee participate in the subcommittee on Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Respect (DEBR), concepts which have been interwoven throughout the GCTLC's functionality, content and workflows.
