Green Chemistry and Efficient Design are the key to bringing home the "Noyesbel Prize in Sustainability!"

Culminating unit to fill in gaps, identify areas for reteaching, push students deeper with peer critique, persuasion, evidence-sharing, and analysis.  

Each team shows, using 6th grade math skills, that their product is the most efficient, has the best E-factor, created the least waste, and is the most biodegradable!  

Students present, critique, peer review, and vote for the winning product.

Especially awesome for students' confidence, language and math fluency, self-advocacy, and critical thinking skills.
