Ashley Baker

Passionate about sustainability, I speciliaze in crafting compelling stories for non-profit organizations. After completing my Chemistry degree with Honors at Sweet Briar College in Virginia (2015), I was inspired by sustainability innovations to move from the laboratory to communications and outreach. While in Washington, DC, I collaborated with global brands and national non-profits alike to deliver engaging narratives about safer chemistry. Drawn to the Pacific Northwest by a love of nature and storytelling, I completed my Master of Science degree in Multimedia Journalism at the University of Oregon (2020). As a videographer and journalist, I am guided by principles of community and relational engagement. After becoming a certified yoga teacher in Zurich (2023), I am continuing my adventure by compassionately creating resilient, inclusive communities alongside purpose-driven organizations.
