Here is information on an international conference about including practical activities using micro- and small-scale techniques (MaSSTs) in teaching chemistry in schools and further education. Go to https://sites.google.com/view/13ismc26/home.

- Bob Worley was just tagged in a comment: @Bob Worley That's awesome! I love Sunlight-to-energy chemistry (my Postdoc was on CO2 reduction - theoretically driven by renewable energy, but we focused mainly on the CO2 chemistry, something I continue to do in my current research). Is this setup published on the GCTLC or somewhere? I'd love to do that demo for students, or maybe even try to drive CO2 reduction directly with sunlight with a similar setup. Cheers,Kyle ...
- Bob Worley was just tagged in a comment: Looking for ways to green up labs but not sure where to start? Microscale and small-scale chemistry lab experiments and activities offer accessible ways to reduce waste and improve safety while covering the same learning objectives and core concepts from the standard chemistry curriculum. To get started, check out the GCTLC's library (keyword="Microscale") for a few starting examples. You can also join the "Micro and small scale Chemistry" group on the GCTLC (moderated by @Bob Worley - Senior Advisor at CLEAPPS in the UK) to ask questions, share best practices and resources, and see what others have tried. Some links to external content have already been shared there, and more resources will be added to the GCTLC's searchable peer-reviewed library over time. Also tagging @tsupawan who has presented on many examples of micro and small scale chemistry in action. Questions from the community are welcome here!...
