Summary
The teaching of Chemistry is largely disconnected from students’ daily lives. Intersectional themes such as Green Chemistry (GC) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are essential for building a society more aware of socio-environmental issues. Thus, it is crucial to adopt didactic alternatives to enhance contextualization, and the use of games emerges as a viable strategy. However, it is worth highlighting the need to incorporate educational inclusion in these pedagogical tools, especially for deaf students. In this context, this work aims to describe the process of creation and test of the Green Route Game (GRG), which is a digital game about GC and SDG #12 (responsible consumption and production), with translation into Brazilian Sign Language (BSL). The results demonstrated that the GRG is a valuable tool for promoting inclusion in Chemistry Education and stands out compared to other Educational Games (EG) in the literature for its accessibility to deaf students.
