Summary
This article describes how the GCTLC Team and Leadership Committee used a framework of diversity, equity, belonging, and respect (DEBR) to design the GCTLC to be an inclusive community of practice for green chemistry educators. We show how we intentionally interweave DEBR across all parts of the site and our internal programming to better enable a strong sense of belonging for users who join the GCTLC community.
