Graduate/Undergraduate Student Intern Opportunity at Safer Consumer Products Program

California Department of Toxic Substance Control's  (DTSC) Safer Consumer Products Program is hiring undergraduate and graduate student interns! 
 

This is a remote, part-time opportunity for students while classes are in session with the ability to work full-time during academic breaks. 

The applicants must reside in California for the duration of the internship. 
 

Senior Environmental Chemist

Dow has an exciting opportunity available within our Product Safety Research group that is part of our Toxicology and Environment Research & Consulting (TERC) Team. The location is in Midland, Michigan as this role is aligned to the laboratory where investigative research is conducted to ensure the sustainability of our chemistries. Specifically, we are looking for a Senior Environmental Chemist with experience and training in chemistry, environmental engineering, environmental sciences or a related field.

Nano-enabled agriculture: In-planta nanomaterial characterization; Nanotoxicity (2 positions)

Applications are invited for two postdoctoral positions in the laboratory of Prof. Subhasis Ghoshal to conduct research on the development of safe and biocompatible nanocarriers for agrochemicals and investigation of their uptake and translocation mechanisms following foliar application in plants. The research is aimed at improving agricultural crop yields while reducing environmental pollution.
