Bio

Professional formation as Doctor in Sciences with speciality in Biopolymers by the Centro de Investigación en Alimentación y Desarrollo (CIAD). Master of Science with a speciality in Biopolymers from CIAD. Chemical Engineer by the Technological Institute of Oaxaca. I have done a postdoctoral stay granted by CONACyT at CIIDIR Unidad Oaxaca in the Biomacromolecules laboratory.
Research projects based on biopolymers, green chemistry, sustainability, development of advanced materials from biopolymers for applications in medicine, pharmacology, food, wastewater treatment, agronomy and energy.
