Bio
Kristen teaches organic chemistry, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry, as well as non-majors courses in Kitchen Chemistry and Global Health. She has been at Milligan University since 2017 and has been involved with green chemistry since her undergraduate days at Gordon College.

Ongoing Projects
My research focuses on the synthesis of novel dipeptide-like antibiotic compounds against P. aeruginosa biofilms. Teaching at a primarily undergraduate institution, I focus on using research to teach my students, who go on to graduate school, medical school, PA school, and jobs in chemical industry.
